Wired4Cloud will offer a specialised, tailored solution that is intended to resolve any IT issues in escalated helpdesk and on-site capacity. W4C will co-ordinate, liaise, provide reporting and job tracking for all incidents (via the Wired 4 Cloud Help Desk ticketing system) as well as introducing procedures and policies (where applicable) for the upkeep of IT security, system upgrades, job logging and remote access for our clients.

In engaging W4C for the provision of IT services, it is anticipated that a strong, long-term relationship built on mutual trust, respect and knowledge-share will form the nucleus of a successful partnership between two well established organisations.
